Refund policy

CANCELLATION  Orders may be cancelled or modified free of charge within 24 hours of purchase by contacting us at rusvseslavia@gmail.com. After this period, your order enters processing and can no longer be cancelled or modified.

RETURNS, REFUNDS ARE  ONLY FOR PHYSICAL PRODUCTS

 If your order arrives damaged, defective, or materially not as described, contact us at rusvseslavia@gmail.com within 14 days of the delivery date shown by the carrier, including: (a) a photo of the shipping label/tracking number, (b) a photo of the outer packaging showing its condition upon arrival, and (c) a photo of the item showing the damage or defect. Claims submitted after this window, or without this evidence, will not be considered, except where required by applicable consumer protection law. Based on the evidence provided and the value of the item, we will do one of the following at our sole discretion: (i) issue a refund, replacement, or store credit without requiring the item to be returned, or (ii) provide you with a return address and request that you ship the item back to us at your own expense, with a refund, replacement, or store credit issued once we receive and inspect the returned item. Items must be returned to the address we provide; we do not accept unsolicited returns sent to any other address. We do not offer refunds, replacements, or exchanges for: change of mind; incorrect size, color, or variant selected by the customer; orders where the delivery address provided by the customer was incomplete or incorrect; or delays caused by customs, carriers, or events outside our control. This section does not limit any statutory rights you may have under the consumer protection laws of your jurisdiction of residence, which take precedence over this policy where applicable.

CONSULTATIONS AND SPIRITUAL SERVICES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. Consultations, readings, and related services offered through the Services — including but not limited to tarot readings, oracle readings, rune work, astrology consultations, numerology, ritual work, and spiritual cleansing sessions (collectively, "Consultations") — are personal, intangible services performed specifically for you. All Consultations are final and non-refundable once purchased, scheduled, delivered, or once the session has begun, whichever occurs first. This applies regardless of your satisfaction with the outcome, content, or interpretation provided, as these are inherently subjective in nature. Rescheduling of a not-yet-delivered Consultation may be accommodated at our discretion if requested with reasonable notice; this is a courtesy, not an entitlement. No refund, exchange, or cancellation will be provided except at our sole discretion or as required by applicable law.
